Belvedere

Belvedere is located in southern Marin County, just north of the Golden Gate Bridge.  It is Marin’s smallest and some say, its most exclusive city that boasts a population of 2,200. Belvedere comprises the lagoon area, the ‘island,’ and approximately one-half of Corinthian Island.

Belvedere, or “beautiful view,” has three neighborhood areas: Belvedere Island, Corinthian Island, and the Belvedere Lagoon, as well as condominium residences along Beach Road, the thoroughfare that connects Belvedere Island to Tiburon. There are beautiful views of San Francisco and the Bay, the Golden Gate Bridge, Angel Island, and Sausalito.
